Scholarships
The Ohio CCIM Chapter offers up to three (3) scholarships annually to eligible candidates.
Information on each is as follows:
John J. Frank, Jr. CCIM Scholarship
The John J. Frank, Jr. CCIM Scholarship was established in 2014. The scholarship honors John J. Frank, Jr. CCIM, who was the Ohio CCIM Chapter president in 1982 and Institute president in 1994.
This scholarship will fund up to $1,000 of tuition for any CCIM Core Course that is offered in Ohio during the year the scholarship is issued.
Alec Pacella CCIM Scholarship
The Alec Pacella CCIM Scholarship was established in 2024. The scholarship honors Alec Pacella CCIM, who recently appointed as an associate instructor for The CCIM Institute.
This scholarship will fund up to $1,000 of tuition for any CCIM Core Course that is offered in Ohio during the year the scholarship is issued.
Shad J. Phipps CCIM Scholarship
The Shad J. Phipps, CCIM Scholarship was established in 2017. The scholarship honors Shad Phipps, CCIM, who was the Ohio CCIM Chapter president in 2012 and is a long-time member of both the Ohio CCIM Chapter and the Institute Board of Directors.
This scholarship is up to $1,000 and can be used for any CCIM Core Course offered in Ohio.
At the discretion of the Scholarship committee, this scholarship can also be used toward tuition at an accredited University for students that are pursing real estate studies.
